We accept Paypal & money orders for payments. Paypal is the primary payment method & is a safe, secure way to use your credit card or checking account for purchases. Items not be made until payment has been received.
All Florida residents will be charged a 0.07% sales tax, as required by the state.
Items ship within 7-10 days after receiving payment, NOT including Sundays, & take between 2-5 days in transit to you for US orders. All items are shipped via United States Postal Service. Most items are shipped through first-class mail & are securely packaged so that they should reach your door in the same condition that they left ours.
Insurance is highly recommended & available upon request, as cost must be calculated based on order size/location. Please contact me about adding insurance to your order prior to placing your order.
I try to verify that the address on file with Etsy is the same as the address on file with Paypal, if for any reason they do not match & the buyer has not specified which to send to, the order will be shipped to the address on file with Paypal. If I catch that the addresses do not match, I will contact you to find out which place you would like your items shipped. If I do not receive a response within 24-48 hours of purchase, item(s) will be shipped to the address on file with Paypal to ensure that you receive your items quickly.
International orders generally take longer to arrive, depending on your country & customs. Little Star Sweeper cannot be held responsible for an custom fees or taxes incurred by the purchaser. International orders may take an additional 2-3 days to be mailed as I have to go to the post office around my 3 year old & newborn's schedule. (:
Need your order quicker than the current turn-around times? Rush orders are available for $10 on a limited basis. If you need a rush order, please e-mail email@example.com PRIOR to placing your order. I will give you an estimated shipping time at that point to ensure it is within the time frame you desire.

All returns or exchanges must be in the same (new, unworn) condition that they were received. Customers are entitled to a refund for the whole cost of the item(s) minus the shipping charges to and from the customer. Refunds are available within 3 days of receiving order.
Due to sanitary reasons, there are no refunds or exchanges for any hair items.
Please keep in mind that colors may vary on different monitors & fabric placement may vary slightly on items. Photos are taken to show items as accurately as possible. Most hair items are attached to partially lined alligator clips or headbands, unless stated otherwise.
All items are handmade to order. Due to the handmade nature, there may be slight variations in items, but all are made in the same fashion & look as close to identical to the photo(s) as possible. Please be sure to include all necessary information required to complete your order when it is placed. If size is not specified, your order may be delayed, and if size is not given after the current turn-around time is completed, medium size will be sent for headbands & refunds will be sent for clothing items. This is because clothing requires a truer fit & I do not want to send items that wouldn't be useful to you.
We reserve the right to have sales without prior notice. Sale prices will only be honored during the time of the sale & will not be applied to previous orders.
